My name is Dr. Joseph Chaiwhan Kim. I'm a medical doctor. I don't claim to be an expert in rare diseaes. However, my medical background helps me understand the key issues concerning most rare diseases. We are always learning about medical science and drug development in the medical profession. Rare diseases can be challenging to treat, but as the medical community draws together to collaborate and share information, we will become more effective at treating rare diseases.
